Some months ago, precisely during the time when the Philippines was badly hit by Typhoon Ondoy, my friends and I volunteered in the relief efforts to help the flood victims. We have noticed that although donation kept pouring in, relief packs were in plastic bags. Please see related post here.
It is in this view that I together with some green volunteers created a small group to perhaps address this problem.
Now we come up with this eco-friendly bag made from 100% recycled materials: recycled cloth (from flour sacks we bought from bakeries), recycled needles :), recyled thread or should I say, left-over thread, and most of all recycled design. 🙂
Well, it maybe not so much but it was fun doing the batch of different designs. This made my day.
I welcome design suggestions 🙂
