Whereas during our younger years, we center our talks  on our loves and crushes, and our dreams and  how to achieve them; now we talk about God, country, life, kids, family, health and the life ever-after.  Times have changed.  .

Of course, we have encountered several people and resources about these topics (and that includes our own) but here’s some stuff I received in my mailbox which you might be interested to know.

      you’re right.. but wait, we don’t have to wait for a doctor to tell us we’re no longer 18.. or we don’t have to wait for the time we’re over 18 before we do that for the toxins we feed our body will accumulate over time…
